habanero and i split set2 challenge one game each

game one habanero forced a tough decision which almost essentially decided the game. he ascended battlemaster which i knew had to be taken out that turn with jirva or my jirva would have been toasted next turn and game was pretty much over unless i top decked battlemaster too, but i couldn't take chance he might also have jirva, which after checking replay he did, so i really did have to gamble and pay extra for jirva to attack battlemaster plus absolve a one mana creature plus take a chance that summoning a Flame Novice (111) would hit battlemaster for remaining two hp. even so, earth field for his jirva was available. in the end my gamble worked out and the game became a lot easier from there.

game two i mulliganed, then followed it up every single card draw. it never ended. at the start of the game i couldn't draw cards to take advantage of field bonus after habanero skipped some turns. this pretty much followed all game. by turn 20 i still had buried in my deck 5 of my 7 most important cards including jirva, battlemaster, Biolith Battleship (184), and two deathspeakers. all game i had no good attack options to place cards either on field or with any attack at all. i tried to wiggle and wait and tried to claim center field in case some day i could use my ascension that i did have, but then i kept drawing useless spell cards, and not absolver. in the end i was pretty much forced to pay summon cost for bio temple to attack and pay for attack with temple the next turn as well. it is hard to believe it is even possible to get such consistenly useless cards in a balanced deck, and especially so in a tournament. well, i had to surrender at turn 22 or something like that but as soon as mulligan and redraw and my first few cards draws after, i knew the game was lost since i knew in game one habs deck was essentially speed and he had lots of mana and most creatures on field already...yet another tournament disappointment for me.

with Drizzle i think it'll be possible but try to fix a date with habanero but didnt worked.
