I have a question: if I send a recommended parcel with italian postal service and the cards shipped doesn't reach destination, so I'm a scammer!?
I can give proof about the shipment and also a tracking number, s I can't refund the buyer in case of problem with the shipment or foreign customs.
in that case I'm a scammer???

there isn't any story but only a question.

so, if you have the proof of the shipment but the buyer doesn't receive his cards, what to do?

You could ofcourse argue that you fulfilled your part of the trade, but this in escence is only part true, the guilty party wold be the postal service, which is covered by insurance, so you would have to make a claim from the post for the price of your goods.. This is also another reason why you should post by registered post.

really!? if you choose a not-insured postal service you can't claim for your goods in case of problems.

yes, all post is covered to a certain amount, but you can insure it for more with higher recorded post.. but i suspect each post service has there own set amounts.
