As for when some games were played and won, my gut-feeling would be to considered all games from that player as losses for him.
Seems the most fair for the other "active" players, as only the games between themselves will determine who goes through to the knockout stage.
As for the games already entered and their ELO result ... i should be able to remove those entries, even after being approved (auto or not).
A forfeit 2-0 1 turn win can then be entered instead, which i can force-approve to avoid the ELO calculation bug.
