Improved inserting of trading and want lists

I have just updated the two modules for the trading and want lists that you can insert in your posts (for the introduction to this see http://www.eojmanager.com/forum/posts/list/1567.page).

The improvements:
* If you are logged in to the forums, the new modules not only show the other users' amount of wanted cards or amount of cards they have for trade but also the amount of cards your own and want (if you are looking at another user's trading list) or you have for trade (if you are looking at another user's want list).
* Visual improvement. They layout is now similar to that of the new deck viewer.
* Direct access to the cards' image. Just double click on an entry and you can view the card's image.
* You can directly create a trade with someone using the "Start trade" button in the tool bar of the trade list or want list.
