ANOTHER SCAMMER CAUGHT ON THIS SITE !!!!

As part of our continuing effort to stop scammers, we have recently uncovered a major scammer operating via the Eye of Judgement Manager (and probably other sites aswell). We now have clear evidence that thegodofeoj/stabbyfest/hikobaby are indeed one and the same person. This person scammed many of our members by not sending out his promised cards in trading deals, and I can tell you that it totals many hundreds of dollars worth of cards.

For obvious reasons I cannot tell you how he managed to trick people, in case other would be scammers read this and pick up ideas.

Although the Eye of Judgement Manager cannot bring charges against this person, we are urging those that were scammed to file for mail fraud.We will help them in any way possible. I have compiled lots of data/evidence. Hopefully together we can stop this person for good. This persons multiple accounts have been blocked from this site, and his information passed on to other official sites.

If anybody else feels they have been scammed by this person or someone else, please contact me immediatly. We need everybody to be alert on these forums, for likely scams; If it looks too good to be true, it probably is !!!!!!!!!!

If anyone, anywhere has some doubts about an upcoming trade, please contact me at once.. it is better to be safe than sorry.

So I guess the unofficial sites and left to be taken advantage of by this guy. If I say pretty please with sugar on top can one of the official sites lower itself to communicate and pass along the information to eojhq ?

Would it be legal to have a "bad postcode/zipcode" area of the site, without naming any names, just a list of poscode and zipcodes that the site "may" think it not so wise to post cards to based on "the smell of the air in that area of the world".

no killer its not legal or ethical or any other al, but if people are worried, i have lots of information, would be traders only have to pm me and i can let them know if the would be trader is/maybe bad..
i have built up quite a file....

@dozens: We will of course also share the information about scammers with all the other EOJ sites, whether it being 'official' sites or not. But as there are sites out there that are not that active (or have gone inactive), we'd like to ask you to come to us if you want this information. We will then make a list of people we will inform about this (and future cases). The only limitation is that you cannot post the full personal details about scammers on your site as that could get us into legal problems.

@Draigon: of course IP addresses have also been banned. But of course, that still is not 100% secure, but we do what we can.

@KillerShark: maybe we could put a list of cities up to if you want to trade with someone in that city that you are advices to first check with petercrook60 if the address you have ship the cards to is of a known scammer. Though even that is not 100% secure.

As one of the victims, I have to say that you guys rock for taking this matter as seriously as you have. As for city blocking though, remember that cities vary in size. A block of a random town in the Dakota's is different then a block on Chicago. No offense of course to my brothers & sisters in the Dakota's...I still love ya'.

That what the prize vault is now for. The only difference with a middle men is that it is an indirect trade between users. You trade in your spare URs, get credits that you can use to get URs from the vault again (that may have been traded in with others). The direct middlemen is too complicated.

I have started talks with all the people who were scammed, together we are going to try and nail this guy,,no not with a nail gun fongy,, by legal means..
i hope with success.,.
