This looks like a very good deck. Not quite your standard CoP deck with Phaseus, Spire and Fist in there.

Dont you think, that this Deck requires to much mana to play it?

Possibly, you could replace Summoner Mesmer's Lapse (93) with Parmetic Holy Feast (91) or Corsez Oath (292).

Try some games against the CPU and see if you are short of mana!

This deck could easily be modified to play as a CoP/attrition deck by subbing Fist for Temple and an elf archeress for soul hunter. I would also drop the marauder and replace with a dark water syren for the extra CoP and easy kill of something like a cloudrunner on water.
Also, replacing lapse with feast is a good idea. If making this an attrition deck, I would sub the dhess command for Scion's Riotous Impunity (108).

If your using dhees command for cheap reattacking with spire, vengress and the biolith god try swamping one for Scion's Riotous Impunity (108) if you want, saves one mana.

specially when your put on lock 2mana can save your butt.

a cheap betrayer and Hero is the way to go with such an expensive deck, well done.
