In this topic we discuss the deck shown below. What do you think of this deck? Any suggestions for improvement?
Well I am shortly going to be in possession of 3 Mandragora Triplet (272) so I thought I would put together a really awesome (and expensive) CoP deck to terrorise ranked for a couple of weeks before Heavy Rain comes out!!! Haven't played much ranked recently so its about time I got on there and played some games before it's too late.
IMPORTANT: This deck may only be played whilst sipping champagne and eating caviar!!!

must say i love the look of the triplet card, but doubt it use to be as good, cost 4 for 2 attack, ok get 2 out cost possibly 6-8 4 attack, the likely hood of 3 out all maximising on one anemy is i would think very rare and there are better cost/attack cards that arent so dependant on each other, when these were first played against me, i had never saw them before, but when 2 came out i still destroyed 1 thinking "this isnt good"lol. so the same really should hold true.
ok ideally they are great, cool looking, and hey ya got em might as well use them, i would be interested to see them in action in real games to good effect, so good luck on em dj.

Haven't played a deck with a Mandragora Triplet (272) in yet as I figured what's the point unless you have 3! I put this together because I wanted to play with a deck worth £200+.
.
It's untested so it will probably get tweaked as I go, but all 3 triplets have to stay!!!

That is true for sure.
@Darknight: Lancing attacks are not to be underestimated, eg. Elven Rider (64) is still a very good card that can be useful in a lot of decks.
Such cards in general mean you need to set up the board situation a bit more,
often meaning letting your opponent take the lead and hope you won't get mana-drained,
making it a more complex/risky way of playing than your average speed/balanced deck.
For both Rider and Triplet, you have to try and optimize the damage you can do.
Even counting some re-activiation costs, which at 2 mana is very cheap.
The extra kick with the triplet, is the the +1 ATK when trailing.
Having a Flame Magus (1) deal 2 damage for only 1 mana, or a Swordsman 3 damage for only 1 mana (upon summoning that is)
is extremely powerful.

@darkknight i also have triplet in one of my elemet war deck, also works great with god ( +1 dmg ) and had some situatioen when 2 were attacking. and normally you get 4 dmg for 4 mana with 2 AC , it's a great card

ok right, ill have to check out some plays with it then, i have one coming.
just thought its so situational, being allowed to get at least 2 out and in a cross field, so for their cost even arc cannon seemed better, but always willing to learn

That's an excellent idea sjabth. Never used Barrager (277) up until now, but i'll switch one of the Bombers for it and give it a try.

King Savanaan must be my favorite Set 3 Noble by far. The added effects you can get from extra Earth Fields is very much usable to get that extra edge.
Mana from Catapults, Discard from Vulitra or Protection for/from Arelai.
One of the favourite decks i play currently is my Earth Abuse deck, which besides Savanaan uses Forgotton Fortresses to gain those advantages from Earth Fields.
Loads of fun
