Going 1st and having a combo ninjas early in hand obviously are a big help,
but i've found this deck to perform very well on ranked nowadays + it is a lot of fun to play.
Specifically the move/rotate features of the Water, Earth and Wood Ninjas can be quite disturbing for most classical deck types.

Yes the ninja combo and their attack pattern can be deadly...I hated ninjas sometimes...I found out that in long matches they lack of attack power...no big guys in the deck either...but this one is for a quick win...

True ... you should be aiming to win within 20 or 25 turns max (often even less).
Thing is, it can disrupt slower deck types like Attrition or CoP due to the invisibility of the Ninjas,
and it can cope with Speed and Mana-Control due to not being dependent on a lot of mana at a specific time.
General guideline for this deck (in my book in fact for any deck), is to make so that you can start your next turn with 3 mana.
How to handle the rest, speaks for itself depending on the Ninja draw you have.

Don't remind me of our World Championship games Those decks do rely as well on having a good draw as to optimize bonus HP for on field summoning.
But ... like i posted before, going 1st with this deck is a plus.
Going 2nd against a pure speed deck will probably need Didi, Siam, a Bomber or a Water/Earth Ninja that can do enough damage.

Yes going first with the ninjas can be deadly...General Lug (126) isnt as popular as it should so you can go for the win with the invisibility combo easily...as for the World Cup...the deck I used on the second game wasnt a common speed...it was a CoP creation that made that day and only used for that match as I thought you had defeated me...cant believe that win...would like to see that match again
