Hi Anubis80,

I don't have a suggestion for a deck yet. But to make it easier for people who are wanting to help you, you might want to enter your collection into the EOJManager (if you haven't already done that) and if you then make your collection publically viewable (in the EOJManager go to the Preference tab and the the Public Profile Settings, there you can make your owned cards, wanted cards and cards for trade publically viewable). If you have done that, people can see your card list in a clear view on your profile page: http://www.eojmanager.com/forum/user/profile/544.page This page can people in these forums access via the "profile" button in all your posts.

No offence to avalex’s deck suggestion but i would not go there, you do have the cards to build a really monstrous deck.

one massive fault with this deck is there are way to many fire creatures, unless you have “Warden Hilda” in your deck there is virtually no value in quacking the 3rd fire field up (unless of cause you have not choice). If your playing more 7 or more creatures from any one field type in the game you ideally want the third field of choice up, in this case quaking the fire field up would loose an earth field, therefore using Arelai becomes a bit silly you would loose one field to take advantage of his ability not mention you would loose 1 protection on himself.

Im not going to build you a complete deck but will point out a few rules to follow:

1)	Novogus Catapult should always be included (without exception)
2)	never use more than 8 from one element, use 8 only in extreme circumstances when very well planned.
3)	never use less than 3 from any element including Biolith
4)	Always have at least 4 magic attack options and at least 1 that can do more than 1 damage.
5)	Always have a min of 2 or usually 3 field quake opportunities (with few exceptions)
6)	Always start by choosing a hero (and - or) noble and build around it
7)	Gods are rarely a good choice of card but can be very well used however require very good planning.

Sure, I could outline a deck that I would feel comfortable playing with. Yet it would be tailored to my card and strategy comfort level which will not be the same as yours.

From what I remember from being a "nooB", there was a lot of subtle rules and situations that I didn't notice at first and I would tend to overreact and waste mana in the process. The list I posted is very strategy-simple and straightforward. As you learn new strategies and observe online behavior, just redo your deck to what you want. You have the cards now, but you still lack the direction on how you want to play. Regardless of which way you decide, there will always be a strategy to make you look bad. So don't worry about building an uber deck. Instead, focus on the "Anubis80" deck.

Nobles are optional, can be useful, but are definitely not required, I've played a lot of different decks and they're about 50/50 with/without a Noble.
7) Gods are a waste of space in almost any deck if you ask me. Like I said i have never played online except once and used a precon deck lost of course but what does it mean when you are in check? i hear you guys talk about it all the time.
Uhm, being in check is one of the very basics of the game.....if you are that new to the game, may I suggest you watch the instruction/tutorial videos within the game. They will tell you about 80% of the basics of the game (for some reason they left out some basic info like: a fortress card cannot attack, but you will find most of that stuff out soon enough and you can always ask around here when there's something you don't understand.

Also, before going online, just try and create your own deck and test it out against the computer. Don't use any setting lower than Normal and preferably higher. Although you will probably loose a lot of the games on higher settings at first, they will familiarize you with game rules and some of the cards and combinations out there.

Good luck!

But in over 500 online matches that only happened once, and in most games I see Gods being discarded. Like I said: they CAN be useful, but too often are just discard fodder.

i don't agree with all these points at all, but that's just for myself
Which points do you disagree with?
i don't agree with these points:

Point 2:
I have 9 earth creatures in my deck of which a few have defense so you don't have to place them on earth like arelai and Novogus golem. I also place novogus catapult on a none earth field if possible cause i want him to get killed further in the game and i have 2 of those. This way i have enough place for earth creatures on their own element.

Point 3:
I only need 2 bioliths cause there are to many element creatures which i definately want in my deck so i don't have room for them.

Point 4:
I have 3 magic attackers which are Flame Magus twice and Aluhja Priestess. I have multiple clare will's banners which i mostly use for these 3 creatures so high cost mana magic attackers are not needed.

Point 5:
I would never take 3 fieldquake cards in my deck cause 9 out of the 10 times you don't play longer than 20 moves (unless you run biolith decks)so you don't need to fieldquake that much.

Point 6:
Even when i have no choise i never start playing hero's. use them when it comes out the best. for instance if you need to do really high damage for not to much mana use didi. if you want to get in check and not having your opponent killing your weak creatures if they are on earth play arelai as your fifth card. point i'm trying to make is, don't waste your hero's in the beginning of the game.
I never use Nobles, they are to expensive imo.

These are ofcourse personal ideas but these things gave me many winning games.

I'm actually pretty sure that's what he meant
